How this domain sits on the OS
v0.7 treats HVAC ↔ plumbing ↔ electrical relationship strength, turnovers, validation, conversion, and realized contribution as first-class analytics — separate from Office/Dispatch/Field/Warehouse Chain D health. A qualified non-selling technician can still create a turnover for a Comfort Advisor when replacement is warranted (§26). Do not delay legitimate demand merely to preserve a sales opportunity.
